is multi-login
EA doesn't detect the transfer itself — it detects two simultaneous logins on the same account. That's why the most important delivery rule is simple: while we're working, you stay out of the game.
Follow that and you'll almost never have a problem. The people who log into the console mid-delivery are the ones taking the risk — and at that point no store in the world can prevent it.

Don't log into the console
From the moment you send the access until the page marks the delivery complete, don't open the game on any device.
Not the Web App either
The Companion and Web App count too. Any login by you during delivery triggers multi-login.
Wait for the all-clear
Your order page switches to “Delivered” when we finish. From then on you play as usual.
If something stalls
An undelivered order is refunded via Pix. For a partial delivery, you only pay for what you got.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a risk of getting banned?+
What EA detects is multi-login — two logins at the same time on the same account. If you stay off the console and the Web App during delivery, the order runs without drawing attention. The people who jump into the game mid-process are the ones taking the risk.
How long until I get my coins?+
For most orders, between 30 minutes and 2 hours after you hand over the access. Packs above 5KK are delivered in parts over the day so they don't create unusual activity.
When can I play again?+
When your order page shows “Delivered”. Before that, don't open the game, the Companion or the Web App — not even for a minute.
How do you deliver?+
Our team logs into the account and transfers the coins — that's why we need your login details. They're encrypted in your browser before sending and stay encrypted in our database, opened only by the delivery team and only to make the transfer. We recommend changing your password once the delivery is done.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Pix. Confirmation is automatic and the order joins the queue within seconds. For packs above R$ 1,000 we can arrange installments by email.
What if the coins don't arrive?+
Full refund via Pix. If the delivery was partial, you only pay for the part you received and we refund the rest.
What are your hours?+
