We need to log into your account to transfer the coins — there's no delivery without it. What you type here is encrypted in your browser and stored encrypted in our database. Only our delivery team opens it, and only to make the transfer. Change your account password as soon as the delivery is done.

Without it we'd have to ask you for a fresh code on every login attempt, and the delivery stalls. That's why it's required.

Where do I find my backup code?

The backup code doesn't live inside the game: it's generated on the EA account site. You can open it on your phone, PC, or the console browser.

1.Go to ea.com and sign in with the same account you use on EA FC.
2.Click your picture in the top right corner and open Account Settings.
3.Open the Security tab.
4.Under Login Verification, find Backup Codes and click View.
5.Copy one code from the list and paste it here.

Each code works only once, so pick one you haven't used yet. If your account doesn't have two-step verification enabled, turn it on before continuing — without the backup code we can't log in to deliver.
